she was really stunning and i adore her make up, her eyes looked totally amazing, and she's got a pretty smile there, so sweet :) but in the other hand, i must say she could have worn another colour instead of black, I mean the green dress she wore in venice was totally a-ma-zing, she looked shiny and gorgeous, she could take some risk and wear that kind of bright colours, i'm sure it would be nice for a little change, don't you think girl? but anyway, evan looks always perfect, that hairdo is very chic too!
I'm gonna check out the blog for pics of her older brother, it's so cute that they keep them to this type of events. scarlett attended some galas, parties and even 2005 golden globes with her twin brother hunter, and it was the sweetest thing :)

She looks so glorious here, that make up is breathtaking and the dress goes so well with her porcelain skin. I love it, makes her look so delicate. Although I prefer with blonde hair, she looks more than lovely.
And it seems that cuteness runs in the genes! Her brother was great looking and very cool with that cig on his hand :) A beautiful brother-sister couple. Oh, and nice blend, man, it looks so damn good.

evan looked too black for me, i think she has dyed her hair even darker? but her eye make up was lovely because those blue eyes really sparkled like that.
