This is just what she had to say about this whole story to Rolling Stone:

And she has said a zillion times that she and Mickey bonded so much after the movie, he's a dear friend like a dad to her, and that she's so proud to have worked with him. oh woow... ok, it's just a rumour right? i mean, i really can't imagine them both dating! it seems so weird! i much prefer their father and daughter relationship don't you think? anyway, she says she isn't attracted to her so i guess that they aren't really dating. it's probably just the media, not having anything new to publish and making up things!

They absolutely look as father and daughter, and i can't believe that gossip! Can't believe what people invents haha And i like what she says, she's totally right, what she is single doesn't mean that she dates with the first boy. And yes, he's too older for Evan Rachel.
And yeah, i also read amanda beat linsday lohan! I'm really happy for that, i do not like linsday at all. Amanda and Linsday worked together in 'mean girls' but i thinks they don't still in touch. I don't like this type of 'celebrity'!

I read it a couple of days ago, and it was like: ok, this is a joke or what?? It seems that they have a real good friendship, she admires Mickey and he respects and adores Evan a lot, but just like you said, it's more a father-daughter relation than another thing.
oh and I loved Evan's dress at the SAG awards, she was gorgeous!!

oooh haha lol i knew they were going to say this, rumor has it! there's always gossip when two single actors work together, especially when one of them has just broke up with his/her previous couple, right? but this is too weird, i mean mickey could be evan's father! and i cant imagine them together, dont know why, but i think since they did this film together and had so much in common with their respective roles or characters, they started a great friendship, and that's cool, isnt it?

I will add your Eva Green flog right now! About Evan And Mickey, seriously, people are such perverts. She said a THOUSAND times that they aren't dating, that they have a father-daughter relationship, yet the tabloids can't stop with it.
Anyway, I absolutely adored Evan's Monique Lhuillier dress, she looked stunning. It's great to see how her style has evolved from goth to sophisticated. She was the best dressed of the night, for sure.

C'mon! They are so gorgeous as friends! Imean, totally! they've bonded so well since the film and become good partners that, honestly, the media is feeting about this, as much as possible, but , indeed, Mickey Rourke is too old for Evan, he could be his loving daughter! so, the tabloids need to wake-up and invent something a little more credible, because, they wouldn't be this loving in front of everybody right? so, enough of this! :) I just adore Mickey, I loved when she mentioned Evan Rach in his GG speech, that was too cute, father-daughter realtionship GOT IT?
