Evan will return to her theatrical roots in her hometown Raleigh, NC, at Theatre In The Park (TIP), for a special Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, starring as Juliet. The play will be directed by her brother, Ira David Wood IV. She'll be joined by her father, Ira David Wood III, who is also an executive and artistic director of TIP. He has said:
"Evan's first major role at Theatre In The Park was as Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker. [...] Watching her work, there was no doubt in my mind that she was going to have an amazing career as an actress. We're all deeply grateful that she and her brother came to us with this project. It's always so important to come home and to give something back to the place and people who nurtured and helped guide you when you were just starting out. It's going to be a wonderful production and I'm grateful to have been included."
The production is scheduled for May 2009, and Hollywood and Broadway celebrities are expected to attend.

Evan Rachel Wood was born in Septebmer 7th, 1987 in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. She's a well known actress for her work in movies such as Thirteen and Across The Universe. This year will see her in Woody Allen's Whatever Works.

hey babe :) well i gotta say she was once again perfection! she is my red carpet favorite, honestly. her hair was like omg and her make up, that creme dress was amazing on her skin and those earring were more than wonderful :) that said, im so happy she's working with her family, i think it must be such a wonderful experience. wish we could get a look, but oh well. im reading all of these manson/evan rumors, i don't if they're true, but if she's happy we're all are :)

oooh that sounds super sweet, its all in the family and shes really reconnecting with her dad, thats nice, and look how he talks about his kiddo, too sweet. but the only bad thing is that we wont get to see it... but anyway, i bet she will make one wonderful juliet, thats for sure. anyway, your girl was looking super good att he awards, i watched a bit of it but she didnt present an award and thats a shame but well, she rocked the red carpet. and that tattoo on her back is really my fave one from her even though all the ones she has have some kind of special meaning for her and i like that a lot.

There is precious the garment that was going put she, has an enviable figure is a shame that the color is an almost the same one that of her skin but of all forms she was amazing.
I would have delighted that she's nominated in some category I wait that prompt they decide to do it because she dazzles on the screen.
Also I'm sorry that Mickey Rourke was not taking the Oscar to himself but it was very obvious that was not going to win in spite of valued performance.
