woow really i can't wait it to be released! it's got such an aamzing cast! im glad it received so many nomations! though the truth is that im keen on penelope cruz, she did it so well i vcb that she totally deserves it. i can't wait to see the ceremony, and hugh jackman.. well well this looks too interesting for me! :_P

I think mickey will win for best actor, but i'm not really sure about marisa, not because she hasn't done a great job (i haven't seen 'the wrestler' yet), but because i want penelope cruz to win, hehe. she was fantastic in vicky cristina barcelona, and you know, i'm from spain... it would be great :)
evan looked really good at this premiere, but mr. rourke's look was totally awful... my god, he tries to be original but sometimes he looks horrible... haha.

i agree with you, and also they could include international movies for best picture, not only best actor/actress, you know? that would be great because there are excellent european movies, or films from other countries that totally deserve it. about penelope's performance, she was quite good in the movie. as a spanish woman it wasn't a difficult role, she just had to act like a crazy spaniard speaking to american tourists, so it wasn't really challenging, but she did it awesome and made everyone laugh, and thats always good. but i must say the movie hasn't got really good reviews here in spain, critics from the us liked it more than spain's ones!
oh, and before i forget, fingers crossed to see evan at the academy awards! i will be in italy by february 22nd and unfortunately i will miss the ceremony but i will see every pic and video when i come back :)

no spain date boo, though i think it will be out here very soon. so only two noms? i thought it would get many more, like best film but well, i dont agree hardly ever with the oscars so i dont know why im surprised about this :) anyway, i hope mickey rourke wins because that would mean a lot for his career and i like that actor, he was great in sin city and ive heard so many great things about his performance there that i cant wait to see it with my very own eyes.
and well, i hope you saw that comment i posted you about evan rachel's interview, that was really a great one from her :)

Wow, i don't know why spain hasn't got release date! I guess we're going to wait for a long time before to be able to watch that movie! I'm impressed, the cast is being such nominated. Mickey and Marisa Tomei, i actually love Marisa Tomei's work i think she's a good actress. And i can't wait to know the winners, i'm so excited because Kate Winslet is nominated and i'm almost sure this year she'll get the Oscar, she truly deserves it, what do you think?

I'm glad for both, Mickey and Marisa, but I'm specially excited with Mickey's nomination. I love him since I saw him in "Rumble fish" in his 80's golden era, and I really hope that he will win, because he's an amazing actor.
Rachel looks really beautiful in the pic with that black dress and her beautiful hairstyle ;)
